• In a difficult and sometimes hostile environment you always manage to get the learners to engage. The learners happily join in discussing and working on sensitive subjects in a way that doesn’t cause any upset or ill feeling. The boys are always keen to attend knowing that you are running the sessions and I think you can see this by the positive results. By the time you have joined us on the course the group have sometimes been together for 8 weeks already, so for you to come in and be able to keep them focused during group work and individual work is amazing.

  During our presentation days the learners are always keen to show off their course portfolios and are really proud of what you’ve helped them achieve. Many of our guys have never been focused enough or in the right position to have gained any type of accreditation before.

  Your characters and personalities are such that we do not need to behavior manage the class at all, you get respect from the off as they can tell you are there because you care and want to support their journey into stopping offending behavior.
